SendFiles.Online is a file transfer service that allows users to upload files and share download links with others. The Service includes:

• Free tier: Up to 3GB per transfer, 7-day storage
• Pro tier: Up to 200GB per transfer, 30-day storage, additional features

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to upload, store, or share:

• Illegal content, including pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material you don't have rights to
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - we report this to authorities
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate
• Private information of others without their consent
• Spam or content designed to deceive

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all files you upload
• You must have the legal right to share any content you upload
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share download links to content that violates these terms

5. File Storage and Deletion

• Free transfers are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted
• Pro transfers are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• We may delete files earlier if they violate our terms
• We do not guarantee file availability - keep your own backups
• Deleted files cannot be recovered

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Experience outages due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Paid Subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions:

• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to content you upload
• By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver your files
• The SendFiles.Online name, logo, and website design are our property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any lost files, data, or damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by users

10. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright:

• Send a DMCA takedown notice to our contact form
• Include: description of the copyrighted work, URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• We will remove infringing content promptly upon valid notice

11. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment (for Pro accounts)

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
